● If a student needs to miss a lesson, they must contact the teacher directly at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson. If 24-hour notice is not given, no makeup lesson will be offered.

● Any changes to the agreement must be communicated within ten days after the last payment, using the Student Status Form to alter or suspend the monthly auto-billing payment. Otherwise, the next month's payment will remain unchanged.

 ● The instructor reserves the right to cancel a lesson for any reason. A makeup lesson will be offered in such cases.

Makeup Policy: 

● Makeup lessons are offered only if the student has contacted the teacher 24 hours before the lesson or if the teacher missed the lesson for any reason. In this case, it is the teacher’s responsibility to schedule a makeup lesson. Makeup lessons will be conducted within the same month or the following month.

Same-day cancellations before the lesson due to sickness or emergency may receive a Courtesy Makeup Lesson a maximum of 2 times per year, if scheduling permits and at the teacher's discretion. Rescheduled lessons and makeup lessons must be scheduled no later than 3 months after the date of the original lesson. Once a Courtesy Makeup Lesson has been scheduled, it cannot be rescheduled.

Students are expected to arrive on time for their lessons. Students arriving up to 15 minutes late may have the remainder of their lesson canceled. The teacher reserves the right not to add missed time to the end of the lesson.

● Bring all necessary materials (notebook, folder, lesson books, etc.) to each lesson. 

● Practice daily, complete assignments, and be active, as necessary and based on the student's age.

● Ask questions and let the teacher know when further clarification is needed to be fully engaged in the learning process.

● Treat other students, themselves, the instruments, all materials, and the teacher with respect. Never discriminate against another student because of their religion, sexuality, race, etc.

With my signature below, I grant permission for my child(ren) to be photographed or have their images recorded for print or electronic use in promoting the NBMusic Centre LLC services. I understand that there will be no payment for me or my child’s participation in this release.
