At New Beginning Music Center we are extremely motivated and passionate about teaching VOICE, VIOLIN, VIOLA, PIANO, GUITAR and Music in general. Our main goal is that students have fun playing and learning at the same time.

Our classes are completely face-to-face, with a qualified and highly prestigious teaching staff. On the site you can find all the class plans offered, as well as register where you can access the calendar and all the academic life of NBM Centre.

At NBM Centre LLC, we value your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal information we collect. This privacy policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information related to our academy’s class system.

When you enroll in our classes, we may collect the following information:

– Payment information (if applicable)

Classes

If a student must miss a lesson, they must contact the teacher directly at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled lesson. If 24 hours notice is not given, no make-up lesson will be offered.

Any changes to the agreement must be communicated within ten days of the last payment, using the Student Status Form to alter/suspend the monthly automatic billing payment. Otherwise, the following month (payment) will have no changes.

The instructor reserves the right to cancel a lesson for any reason. A make-up lesson will be offered.

Recovery Policy:

Make-up lessons are offered only if the student contacted the teacher 24 hours before the lesson or if the teacher missed the lesson for any reason. In this case, it is the teacher’s responsibility to schedule a day to do a make-up lesson. Make-up lessons will be done within the same month or the following month.

Same day cancellations prior to lesson due to illness or emergency may receive a complimentary make-up lesson a maximum of 2 times per year, schedule permitting and at the teacher’s discretion. Rescheduled lessons and make-up lessons must be scheduled NO LATER than 3 months after the original lesson date. Once a complimentary make-up lesson has been scheduled, it cannot be rescheduled.

Punctuality

Students are expected to arrive on time to their classes. Students arriving up to 15 minutes late may have to cancel the remainder of their class. The teacher reserves the right to not add missed time to the end of the class .

Student expectations:

§  ENJOY

§  Arrive on time to each lesson.

§  Bring all necessary materials (notebook, folder, lesson books, etc.) to each lesson.

§  Practice daily, complete assignments, be active, all as needed and based on the age of the student.

§  Asking questions and letting the teacher know when additional clarification is needed will allow the student to fully participate in the learning process.

§  Treat other students, themselves, the instruments, all materials, and the teacher with respect. Never discriminate against another student based on their religion, sexuality, or race, etc.

Use of Images and Videos

NBM Centre can capture images and videos of students during classes, rehearsals, performances, events and special activities. These images can be used for:

Promote the academy on our digital platforms, including the website, social media and newsletters.

·         Document and celebrate our students’ achievements at events and activities.

·         Create promotional materials, such as brochures, posters, and advertisements.
