Payments and Refunds

The first month's payment can be made directly through the website. After that, all payments are processed on the 1st day of each month. A notice will be sent before the payment is processed. If students begin classes during the first week of the month, their payment will be processed on the 15th of the month. (Payment dates are the 1st and 15th, depending on the initial payment date.)

The first month's payment can be made directly through the website. After that, all payments must be processed via auto-pay.

If a payment is declined, a $35 fee will be charged for each failed payment.

Please note, there is a NO REFUND policy. Payments will not be refunded.

Class Policies

If the student needs to miss a lesson, they must contact the instructor directly at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson. If 24 hours' notice is not given, no makeup lesson will be offered.

Any changes to the agreement must be communicated until 10 days after the last payment due date, using the Student Status Form to modify or suspend the monthly auto-billing.

The instructor reserves the right to cancel a lesson for any reason. In this case, a makeup lesson will be offered.

Makeup Policy

Makeup lessons are offered only if the student contacts the teacher at least 24 hours before the lesson or if the teacher misses the lesson for any reason. In this case, it is the responsibility of the teacher to schedule a makeup lesson. Makeup lessons must be completed within the same month or the following month.

Same-day cancellations due to illness or emergencies may be eligible for a Courtesy Makeup Lesson up to two times per year, subject to scheduling availability and the teacher's discretion.

A makeup lesson is available if the student misses a class. If the missed lesson is not made up within the same month, the student has up to three months to schedule and complete the makeup lesson. However, the payment for lessons is due on the first day of each month and remains unaffected by makeup lessons. This means that even if a lesson is missed and rescheduled, the student is still responsible for paying the monthly fee as scheduled. The makeup lesson must be completed within three months of the missed lesson, and no further extensions will be granted

Tardiness in Classes

Students are expected to arrive on time for their lessons. If a student arrives 15 minutes late, the remainder of the lesson may be canceled. The instructor reserves the right to not extend the lesson to make up for missed time.
